RELATING TO THE REPORT
At the meetings of the main Committee on 19 July
2001, and of the Transport Sub-committee on, 30 January, 6 and
13 February, 6 and 20 March 2002 the following Declarations of
Interest were made
Mrs Gwyneth Dunwoody declared a nonpecuniary
interest as a member of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers
Union.
Mr Brian H Donohoe declared a nonpecuniary
interest as a member of the Transport and General Workers Union.
Mrs Louise Ellman declared a nonpecuniary interest

Resolved, That the Report be the Third Report of the Sub-Committee
to the Committee.-(The Chairman.)
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the Committee.

Ordered, That the provisions of Standing Order No. 134
(Select committee (reports)) be applied to the Report.
Ordered, That the Appendices to the Minutes of Evidence
taken before the Transport Sub-committee be reported to the House.
