Transport in Wales: Mr Chris Vinestock, Operational Manager, Cardiff City Council, and Mr Mark Adams, Head of Transportation, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough, South Wales Integrated Fast Transit (SWIFT); Mr Justin Cooper, Engineering Manager, Caerphilly County Borough Council, and Mr Bob Brierley, Director, Gwent Consultancy, Transport Integration in the Gwent Economic Region (TIGER); Mr Paul Thomas, Director of Technical Services, City and County of Swansea, and Mr David Sandy, Co­ordinating Officer, South West Wales Integrated Transport Consortium (SWITCH), were examined.

Mr Rhodri­Gwynn Jones, Director of Highways, Property & Works, Ceredigion County Council; Cllr Trevor Roberts, Board Member and Transport Spokesperson, and Mr Bob Daimond, Surveyor to the Council and Head of Highways, Gwynedd Council; Mr Steve Burgess, Assistant Director of Technical and Local Services, and Mr Philip Jackson, Policy and Development Control Manager, Powys County Council; Cllr M E J Nott, Deputy Leader, Bridgend County Borough Council; and Mr Mike Simkins, Director of Development Services, Wrexham County Borough Council, were examined.
