Draft Special Report, proposed by the Chairman, brought up and
read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time,
paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraph 1 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Fourth Special Report
of the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the
House.
Ordered, That the Responses of the Government and the Welsh
Assembly Government to the Second Report of the Committee of Session
2001-2002, Objective 1 European Funding for Wales, be appended
to the Report.—(The Chairman.)
