read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph
by paragraph.
Paragraph 1 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Fifth Special Report of
the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
Ordered, That the Government's response to the Third Report
from the Committee, The draft National Health Service (Wales)
Bill, be appended to the Report.—(The Chairman.)
The Committee further deliberated.
Wales Office Departmental Report 2002 and other Departmental Matters:
Rt Hon Paul Murphy, a Member of the House, Secretary of State
for Wales, Ms Alison Jackson, Head of the Wales Office, and Mr
John Kilner, Principal Finance Officer and Head of Administration,
Wales Office, were further examined.
