  DECLARATION OF MEMBERS' INTERESTS

The Chairman declared pecuniary interests as a member of Political Opinion Panel of BPRI (Business Planning and Research International) and a member of Harris Parliamentary Panel (fees to Labour Party.)

Dr Hywel Francis declared non-pecuniary interests as Vice-Chair and trustee of the Bevan Foundation, Vice-President of the National Institute for Adult Continuing Education Chair of the Paul Robeson Cymru Committee.

Mr Albert Owen declared a pecuniary interest from occasional media work and non-pecuniary interests as Chair of a local community hall (Llangoch), Director of Digartref Ynys Môn, Governor of Coleg Harlech, a member of the Institute of Welsh Affairs, a member of Unison, a member of the WEA (North Wales) Management Committee, a member of Holy Island Regeneration Partnership2000, and a member of the Berca Foundation.

Adam Price declared a pecuniary interest as Chair of Newidiem Economics Consultants and a non-pecuniary interest as a director of Mentera Busnes.

Mr Bill Wiggin declared a pecuniary interest in Commerszbank.

Mrs Betty Williams declared a pecuniary interest as a member of Harris Parliamentary Panel (fees to selected recipients to be used for charitable purposes).

Mr Roger Williams declared pecuniary interests as a partner in R. H. Williams; a farming partnership, in farmland at Tredomen Court, Wales, houses in Tredomen, Brecon and Exmouth, Devon, and non-pecuniary interests as a member of Powys County Council, a member of Brecon Beacons National Park, and Chairman of Mid-Wales Agri-Food Partnership.
