Oral Questions - What progress has been made with the Warm Front scheme to improve the energy efficiency of low income households (L. Ezra); Where it is considered that the national stadium should be sited (L. Glentoran); Whether any representations on the effects of the proposal to increase National Insurance contributions for charities that assist the National Health Service in providing home care services for severely disabled and elderly people have been received (L. Morris of Manchester); Whether, in view of the new rules concerning farm animals at agricultural shows, there will be insistence that all footpaths crossing farmland where livestock graze should be closed with immediate effect (B. Trumpington).

Oral Questions - What are the current policies towards Zimbabwe (L. Blaker); Whether Railtrack's refusal to agree any further contractually guaranteed journey times with passenger train operators will contribute to the achievement of improved reliability and growth targets contained in the ten year transport plan (L. Berkeley); Whether the safeguards in relation to postal voting in the recent local elections operated satisfactorily (L. Greaves); What representations have been made to the Indian authorities about the alleged miscarriage of justice in the case of Ian Stillman (L. Ashley of Stoke).

Oral Questions - What steps are being taken to reduce the toll of death and injury on the roads (L. Janner of Braunstone); What was the economic growth rate in the first quarter of 2002 and how it compares with the rate in the last quarter of 2001 (L. Roberts of Conwy); On how many occasions since 1997 the requirement for the Government to engage in a competitive tendering process has been waived on the grounds of national security (V. Goschen).

Campbell-Savours); Whether there have been ongoing discussions with the government of Turkey regarding allegations of the use of torture in that country and of the denial of education in Kurdish to members of that minority (L. Hylton); Whether regulations on biosecurity, including those applying to cow-pats, will impose any limitations on agricultural shows planned for this year (E. of Onslow).
