INCOME TAX (EARNINGS AND PENSIONS) BILL [WAYS AND MEANS] [No debate]

        That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Bill, it is expedient to authorise any incidental or consequential charges to tax which may arise from provisions restating, with minor changes, certain enactments relating to income tax on employment income, pension income and social security income.

REGULATORY REFORM        [No debate]

        That the draft Regulatory Reform (Special Occasions Licensing) Order 2002, which was laid before this House on 17th December 2002, be approved.

        The Regulatory Reform Committee has reported on the proposal for this Order in its First Report of Session 2002-03, HC 82, and on the draft Order in its Fourth Report of Session 2002-03, HC 193.

REGIONAL ASSEMBLIES (PREPARATIONS) BILL (PROGRAMME) (No. 2)  [Up to 45 minutes]

        That, in accordance with the Resolution of the Programming Committee of 12th December 2002 and pursuant to the Programme Order of 26th November 2002 relating to the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill (Clauses 1 to 4), proceedings in Committee of the whole House shall be brought to a conclusion (so far as not previously concluded) by the times specified in the Table—
