        Bill to make provision about the date of the poll for the election of the next Northern Ireland Assembly, and for disregarding certain days for the purposes of the period after a poll within which an Assembly must meet; and for connected purposes.

FIREWORKS BILL [MONEY]: Queen's Recommendation signified.

      Ruth Kelly
        That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Fireworks Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

      (a)   the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

        (i)   any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of any provision of the Act, and
        (ii)   any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act, and
      (b)   the making of payments into the Consolidated Fund.

        The Speaker will put the Question not later than 45 minutes after proceedings begin (Standing Order No. 52(1)(b)).

MARINE SAFETY BILL [MONEY]: Queen's Recommendation signified.
