        (1)   at the sittings on Wednesday 12th, Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th, Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th November, the Speaker shall not adjourn the House until any Message from the Lords has been received and any Committee to draw up Reasons which has been appointed at that sitting has reported; and

        (2)   from Thursday 20th November until the end of the current Session of Parliament, the Speaker shall not adjourn the House on any day on which a message from the Lords Commissioners is expected until that message has been received.

        That, at the sitting on Wednesday 12th November, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 16 (Proceedings under an Act or on European Union Documents), the Speaker shall put the Questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on the Motions in the name of Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer relating to Stamp Duty Land Tax not later than three hours after the commencement of proceedings on the first Motion; proceedings may continue after the moment of interruption; and the Orders of the House of 28th June 2001 and 29th October 2002 relating to deferred Divisions shall not apply.
