Applications for a half-hour adjournment debate at the conclusion of the main debate at the afternoon sitting on Thursday 21st November should be submitted to the Speaker's Office by 10.00 p.m. or the rising of the House (whichever is the earlier) on Monday 18th November. The Ballot will take place on Tuesday 19th November.
