Members are reminded that the deadline for tabling oral questions to be taken in the week the House returns from the recess in January, and the relevant `shuffles', will be at 12.30 p.m. on Thursday 19th December. The `shuffles' will be for the following Departments:

Applications should be made in writing to Mr Speaker to reach his office by 10.00 p.m. or the rising of the House, whichever is earlier, on Wednesday 18th December. The Ballot will take place on Thursday 19th December.
