RESOLUTION OF THE PROGRAMMING SUB-COMMITTEE
The Programming Sub-Committee appointed by the Speaker in respect of the Bill agreed the following Resolution at its meeting on Monday 9th December (Sessional Order C relating to Programming):
That
(1) during proceedings on the Health (Wales) Bill the Standing Committee, in addition to its first sitting on Tuesday 10th December at half-past 10 o'clock, do meet on that day at half-past 4 o'clock and on Thursday 12th December at five minutes to 9 o'clock and at half-past 2 o'clock;
(2) the proceedings shall be taken in the following order, namely Clause 1, Schedule 1, Clause 2, Schedule 2, Clauses 3 to 7, Schedules 3 and 4, Clauses 8 to 10, New Clauses and New Schedules;
(3) the proceedings on the Bill (so far as not previously concluded) shall be brought to a conclusion at Five o'clock on Thursday 12th December.
Mr Don Touhig has given notice of his intention to move a motion in the terms of the resolution of the Programming Sub-Committee [Sessional Order C(9) relating to Programming (28th June 2001).].
NOTE
The Amendments have been arranged in accordance with the Resolution of the Programming Sub-Committee.

(c) | the remainder of the members shall be nominated by the National Assembly for Wales.'. |

RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSE (WEDNESDAY 27th NOVEMBER 2002)
HEALTH (WALES) BILL (PROGRAMME)
That the following provisions shall apply to the Health (Wales) Bill
Committal
(1) The Bill shall be committed to a Standing Committee.
(2) The proviso in paragraph (2)(ii) of Standing Order No. 86 (Nomination of Standing Committees) shall not apply to the Bill.
Proceedings in Standing Committee
(3) Proceedings in the Standing Committee shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion on Thursday 12th December.
(4) The Standing Committee shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it meets.
Consideration and Third Reading
(5) Proceedings on consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour before the moment of interruption on the day on which those proceedings are commenced.
(6) Proceedings on third reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on the day on which proceedings on consideration are commenced.
(7) Sessional Order B (programming committees) made on 28th June 2001 shall not apply to proceedings on consideration and third reading.
Other proceedings
(8) Any other proceedings on the Bill (including any proceedings on consideration of Lords amendments or any further messages from the Lords (may be programmed).
