NEW CLAUSES RELATING TO PART 1Hunting wild mammals
Mr James Gray NC1 To move the following Clause:¸'The Government shall issue licences in pursuance of Schedule (Licences) to those individuals and groups who wish to hunt a wild mammal. A person who takes part in hunting without such a licence will be committing an offence.'.
Register of licensed individuals and groups
