The Amendments have been arranged in accordance with the Order of the Committee [1st April 2003, as amended on 3rd April 2003].

Clause No. 3 (Licensing authorities).

Amendment (No. 59) proposed, in page 2, to leave out lines 34 to 38 and insert the words—

          '(a) the licensing justices, as defined in section 2 of the Licensing Act (1964)                     (c. 26),'.—(Mr Malcolm Moss.)
