Mr. Hume: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many Hippo Bags have been issued in Northern Ireland; and how many have been installed in domestic and commercial premises in each of the last 12 months; [111054]

(3) if he will list, for each of the last 12 months, the progress made by the Department of Regional Development's Water Service in reaching its water efficiency and leakage reduction targets; [111052]
(4) if he will undertake a review into how the Water Service manages leakages in Northern Ireland; and if he will make an assessment of how far a stronger and more robust programme for energy efficiency in domestic and commercial premises would reduce wastage; [111051]
(5) what the (a) rainfall in Northern Ireland and (b) the capacity of each of the reservoirs was in each of the last 12 months; what the capital building programme for water was in each month; and if he will make a statement; [111055]
