Mr Dai Havard, Mr Mark Lazarowicz and Mr Denis Murphy declared interests in relation to the Committee's inquiry into the proposal for the Regulatory Reform (Credit Unions) Order 2002, namely membership of a credit union.

Resolved, That a draft Order in the same terms as the proposal for the Regulatory Reform (Sugar Beet Research and Education) Order 2003, which was laid before this House on 16th October, in the last Session of Parliament, should be laid before the House.

Resolved, That the proposal for the Regulatory Reform (Credit Unions) Order 2002, which was laid before this House on 18th October, in the last Session of Parliament, should be amended before a draft Order is laid before the House.
