The Education and Skills Committee reported to the
House on Library Resources for Higher Education in its
Fifth Report of Session 2001-02, published on 9 July 2002 as HC
804. The Government's response to that Report was received on
6 January 2003. The response is reproduced as the Appendix to
this Special Report.
