of State for International Development; Mr Andrew Bennett, Director
of Rural Livelihoods and Environment, Department of International
Development; and Mr Tim Foy, Environment Policy Department, Department
of International Development, were examined.

Development: Mr Jonathon Porritt, CBE, Chairman, Ms Patricia Hayes,
Secretary and Mr Philip Dale, Deputy Secretary, The Sustainable
Development Commission, were examined.
