First Special Report
On 3 July 2003 the European Scrutiny Committee published
its Twenty-sixth Report[1]
of Session 2002-03, The Convention's proposals on criminal
justice. On 10 September we received the Government's observations
on the Report. The observations are reproduced as the Appendix
to this Special Report.
