SECOND SPECIAL REPORT
On 16 June 2003 the European Scrutiny Committee published
its Twenty-fourth Report[1]
of Session 2002-03, The Convention on the Future of Europe
and the Role of National Parliaments. On 23 September we
received the Government's observations on the Report. The observations
are reproduced as the Appendix to this Special Report.
