Draft Report, proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph
by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1.1 to 11 read and agreed to.
Miss Anne McIntosh declared a pecuniary interest in relation to
paragraph 11 (Single European Sky) as she is married to an airline
executive and she has interests (below the threshold for registration)
in British Airways, British Airports Authority and British Aerospace.
Mr Anthony Steen declared a pecuniary interest in relation to
paragraph 11 (Single European Sky) as he is public affairs, parliamentary
and legal adviser to the Board of Airlines of Great Britain.
Paragraphs 12 to 28 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Seventh Report of the
Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
