Paragraphs 3 to 12 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report
be the Twentieth Report of the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman
do make the Report to the House.
Ordered, That the following
Paper be appended to the Report: Letter from the Minister for
Europe at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Mr Denis MacShane)
to the Chairman of the Committee reporting the outcome of the
General Affairs and External Relations council on 24 April 2003.—
