The International Development Committee reported to the House on Trade and Development at the WTO: Issues for Cancún in its Seventh Report of Session 200203, published on 14 July 2003 as HC 400. The Government Response to that Report was received on 7 September 2003 in the form of a memorandum to the Committee. It is reproduced as an Appendix to this Special Report.
