PREPARING FOR THE HUMANITARIAN CONSEQUENCES OF POSSIBLE MILITARY ACTION AGAINST IRAQ: GOVERNMENT RESPONSE TO THE COMMITTEE'S FOURTH REPORT OF SESSION 2002-03

  

The International Development Committee reported to the House on preparing for the Humanitarian Consequences of Possible Military Action against Iraq in its Fourth Report of Session 2002-03, published on 12 March 2003 as HC 444. The Government Response to that Report was received on 21 March 2003 in the form of a memorandum to the Committee. It was placed in the House of Commons Library and on the Committee's website on 21 March. It is reproduced as an Appendix to this Special Report along with its Annex, Written Ministerial Statement by the Secretary of State for International Development to the House of Commons, 13 March 2003.
