— Further expansion of the network of inter-modal
freight interchanges.
— Further enhancements to the Greater Manchester
and Merseyside Public Transport Networks; and
— Further freight enhancements to the North/South
Spine and Trans-Pennine rail routes.

— Incremental service enhancements, improve stations

— Metrolink extensions—Hough End—Stockport:

Hub capacity issues will need to be addressed to facilitate some
of the above.
