     European Standing Committee A will meet on Wednesday 8th September at 2.00 p.m. to consider European Union Document No. 9149/04, relating to the establishment of a Community Fisheries Control Agency.

     The Second Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation will meet on Wednesday 8th September at 2.30 p.m. to consider the draft Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amendment of Minimum Age) Order 2004.

     The Third Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation will meet on Thursday 9th September at 2.30 p.m. to consider the draft Northern Ireland Act (Modification) (No. 2) Order 2004.
