        That the draft Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (Amendment) and Police Reform Act 2002 (Modification) Order 2004, which was laid before this House on 19th July, be approved.

The special attention of the House has been drawn to the instrument by the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments in its Twenty-seventh Report (HC 82-xxvii).
