National Minimum Wage Act 1998

In section 15 of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 (c. 39) (disclosure of

information obtained by officers acting for the purposes of that Act), after

Nothing in this section prevents a disclosure in accordance with

Section 34 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (c. 26) (indexation of

amounts) is amended as follows.

section 145E(3) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations

(Consolidation) Act 1992 (unlawful inducements: amount of

award);

(f)   

section 156(1) of that Act (unfair dismissal: minimum basic
