will be required to provide personal protection or other equipment and if so specify by reference to British Standards Specification or other approval body the equipment that will be required and what steps will be taken by the voluntary organisation or voluntary body to check the equipment is a proper fit, size, and fit for purpose before commencement of the activity.'.
