Section 195 of that Act (provisions of the Act which have effect in relation

to employment as a member of the staff of the House of Commons) is

amended as follows.

In subsection (2), in paragraph (c), after “sections”, where it first occurs,

insert “43M,”.

After that subsection insert—

“(2A)
For the purposes of the application of section 98B(2) in relation to

the House of Commons.”
