7B | | Following the receipt of the annual report, the appropriate national authority may amend or revoke the scheme if it is failing to meet its objectives. |

7C | | The appropriate national authority shall lay before Parliament an annual report compiled from the reports received from scheme authorities as required under paragraph 7A(2).'. |
