Mr. Deputy Speaker : Before I put the question, may I make it clear that I shall ask the Clerk to write to Mr. Speaker and to the Government to seek to rearrange this important debate at a very early date? We are in uncharted waters, as Divisions will come at any time, and an important debate such as this would be unnecessarily and unacceptably interrupted. I am very happy to accept the motion proposed by the Government Whip.
