Thank you for your letter of 5th. December 2003,
which contained a number of questions posed by the House Of Commons
Regulatory Reform Committee.
Please find attached our answers.[134]
I note that some of the questions are complementary to each other
and that there are a number of instances where a single answer
bridges several questions. For convenience in associating these
answers with their questions, I have presented all the answers
in a tabulated format. A separate table is provided for the answers
to questions 23 and 24.
