Draft Report, proposed by the Chairman, brought up
and read.
Ordered, That the draft
Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1.1 to 2.9 read and agreed to.
Paragraphs 2.10 and 2.11 read, amended, and agreed
to.
Paragraphs 3.1 to 7.18 read and agreed to.
A paragraph — (Mr David Heathcoat-Amory) —
brought up, read the first and second time, and inserted (now
paragraph 7.19).
Paragraph 7.19 (now paragraph 7.20) read and agreed
to.
Paragraphs 8.1 to 20 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report
be the Seventeenth Report of the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman
do make the Report to the House.
