Second Special Report
The International Development Committee reported
to the House on Trade and Development at the WTO: Learning the
lessons of Cancún to revive a genuine development round
in its First Report of Session 2003-04, published on 11 December
2003 as HC 92. The Government Response to that Report was received
on 10 February 2004 in the form of a memorandum to the Committee.
It is reproduced as Appendix 1 to this Special Report. The Committee
also received a response from Commissioner Pascal Lamy, Directorate-General
for Trade, European Commission, on 8 March 2004, which we publish
as Appendix 2 to this Special Report.
