Fourth Special Report

On 12 May 2004 the International Development Committee published its Fourth Report of Session 2003-04, Kenya: DFID's Country Assistance Plan 2004-07 and progress towards the Millennium Development Goals. On 2 July 2004 we received the Government's response to the Report. It is reproduced as an Appendix to this Special Report.

In the Government Response, the Select Committee's conclusions and recommendations are in bold text. The Government's response is in plain text.
