On 11 May we published our Report Joint Activities with the National Assembly for Wales as our Third Report of Session 2003-04, HC 582. On 26 May, the Leader of the House, Rt Hon Peter Hain MP, wrote to our Chairman with the Government Response. With his agreement, this was reproduced in the Government's Explanatory Memorandum for the Motion to approve the Report, which was debated and agreed to on Monday 7 June. For the record, we set out the letter below.
