Memorandum by Mr Andrew Kirkham (HON 19)

  No change is necessary to present system of titles it is well recognised and appreciated. The problem is who gets them, people should not get them for just doing their job or staying in it for 40 years. It should be given to individuals who have excelled at their job, brought honour to this country or done something which is extra to their normal everyday work.
