Mr. Collins: I beg to move amendment No. 9, in

clause 3, page 2, line 18, leave out subsection (5).

Subsection (5) states:

''Programmes and estimates under subsection (4) must be given—(a) in the form required by the Secretary of State, and (b) at the times required by the Secretary of State.''
It being twenty-five minutes past Eleven o'clock, The Chairman adjourned the Committee without Question put, pursuant to the Standing Order.

Adjourned till this day at half-past Two o'clock.
