    That the sitting be now adjourned.

    Subjects proposed to be raised on the Motion for the Adjournment:

11.00 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. Dr Vincent Cable Regulation of water and sewage utilities.

The sitting will be suspended from 11.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

2.00 p.m. - 3.30 p.m. No debate.

3.30 p.m. - 4.00 p.m. Jane Griffiths Installation of oil-fired heating.

4.00 p.m. - 4.30 p.m. Mr Brian H. Donohoe Gulf War-related illnesses and the case of Mr Garry Hope.

    Debate may continue for two and a half hours after 2.00 p.m., not including any periods of of suspension owing to divisions being called in the House of Commons or a Committee of the whole House (Standing Order No. 10(1)(a) and Order of 29th October 2002).
