Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 9)

   

Mr William Cash

To move the following Clause:—

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE V - EXERCISE OF UNION COMPETENCE or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 10)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of CHAPTER I - COMMON PROVISIONS or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 11)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of CHAPTER II - SPECIFIC PROVISIONS or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 12)

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of CHAPTER III - ENHANCED COOPERATION or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 13)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE VI - THE DEMOCRATIC LIFE OF THE UNION or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 14)

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE VII - THE UNIONS FINANCES or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 15)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE VIII - THE UNION AND ITS NEIGHBOURS or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 16)

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE IX - UNION MEMBERSHIP or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 17)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of Part II: THE CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE UNION or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 19)

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE I - DIGNITY or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under or such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 20)

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under or such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.
