Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 25)

   

Mr William Cash

To move the following Clause:—

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE VII - GENERAL PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION OF THE CHARTER or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 26)

To move the following Clause:—

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of PART III: THE POLICIES AND FUNCTIONING OF THE UNION or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 27)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE I - PROVISIONS OF GENERAL APPLICATION or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 28)

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE II - NON DISCRIMINATION AND CITIZENSHIP or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 29)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of TITLE III - INTERNAL POLICIES AND ACTIONS or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 30)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of SUBSECTION I - CUSTOMS UNION OF SECTION 3 OF CHAPTER I - INTERNAL MARKET or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 31)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of CHAPTER II - ECONOMIC AND MONETARY POLICY or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 32)

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of Section 1 - Economic policy or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 33)

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of Section 2 - Monetary policy or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 34)

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of Section 3 - Institutional provisions or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.


Implementation of Treaty provisions (No. 35)

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of Section 4 - Provisions specific to Member States whose currency is the euro or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of Section 5 - Transitional provisions or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of CHAPTER III - POLICIES IN OTHER AREAS or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.

    'The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for one or more of the following purposes—

      (a) implementing an obligation of the United Kingdom created or arising by or under the provisions of the EU Treaty in respect of Section 1 - Employment or a related agreement, or enabling such an obligation to be implemented;

      (b) enabling the exercise of rights enjoyed or to be enjoyed by the United Kingdom under such an agreement; or

      (c) dealing with matters arising out of, or related to, such an obligation or such rights.'.
