Lords Amendment No. 69 As Amendments to the Lords Amendment:—
Mr Iain Duncan Smith (a) *Line 8, at end insert—'(3A) It shall be a function of the Board to prepare an annual report to the Lord Chancellor regarding the discharge of the functions of the Public Guardian.'.
Mr Iain Duncan Smith (b) *Line 8, at end insert—'(3A) The Board may by majority vote remove the Public Guardian from office.'.
Mr Iain Duncan Smith (c) *Line 8, at end insert—'(3A) The Board may recommend to the Lord Chancellor that he remove the Public Guardian from office.'.
