Rolling registration

To move the following Clause:—

 

‘(1)    

For the purposes of this Act, the last day for an elector to register under the rolling

 

registration process shall be the day on which nominations for election close.

 

(2)    

An updated register shall be published no later than one week after the relevant

 

date in subsection (1).’.
