Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/1746) is amended as follows. |

(2) | In Article 3(3) (registered metering points), at the end, insert the words “or |

(a) | in paragraph (1), after the words “a supply licence” on each occasion |

words “, a domestic energy efficiency licence”. |
