Paul Holmes: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland whether his Department's .gov.uk websites comply with the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines adopted by the Government in 2001; and if he will make a statement. [199688]

Mrs. McGuire: The Scotland Office website (www.scotlandoffice.gov.uk) conforms to the Priority 1 requirements of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.
