Anti-social Behaviour Act

Mr. Oaten: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many crack houses have been closed under the provisions of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003, broken down by local authority. [201433]

Ms Blears: Information is given in table A on the number of antisocial behaviour orders (ASBOs) issued, as reported to the Home Office, by age, sex and financial year.

The readily available information on ASBO breaches covers the period from 1 June 2000 to 31 December 2002. This is given in table B. Data on breaches up to the end of 2003 will be available in the near future.
