Mr. Hammond: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister what the estimated total rateable value is of hereditaments in each Government office region in England outside London that have a rateable value of (a) under £5,000, (b) between £5,000 and £10,000, (c) between £10,000 and £14,999 and (d) over £14,999.
