1. WESTMINSTER WORLD HERITAGE SITE MANAGEMENT PLAN: DRAFT CONSULTATION DOCUMENT
Resolved, That the Committee notes the draft consultation document published by a working group led by English Heritage.
Ordered, That the Serjeant at Arms ensure that Members are notified of the consultation document's availability in the Library and on English Heritage's internet site.

3. PORTCULLIS HOUSE
Resolved, That the Committee notes the progress report by the Project Sponsor.
4. RETIREMENT OF THE SERJEANT AT ARMS
Resolved, That the Committee notes that, on 31 December, Sir Michael Cummins will be retiring after twenty-three years' distinguished service to the House, including the last five years as Serjeant at Arms; thanks him for all his help and advice to the Committee and to its predecessors; and wishes him a long, healthy and happy retirement.

1. MEETING ROOMS IN 2006
Resolved, That the Committee does not endorse the proposals for temporary meeting rooms from January to July 2006.
2. RECEPTION AND SECURITY BUILDING
Resolved, That the Committee notes the progress report from the Project Sponsor and the architect on the new reception and security building.
3. DECANT ACCOMMODATION
Resolved, That the Committee does not endorse the proposals for decant accommodation in the next Parliament.
Resolved, That the Committee recommends that the Serjeant at Arms examine the feasibility of converting the two turret rooms at the end of the Upper Committee Corridor into Members' rooms.
4. ONE WORLD TRUST
Resolved, That the Committee recommends that the One World Trust be given appropriate notice to vacate their accommodation on the parliamentary estate.
5. RETIREMENT OF THE PROJECT SPONSOR
Resolved, That the Committee notes that the Project Sponsor, Andy Makepeace OBE, will be retiring on 11 April after 40 years' public service, including 18 years working in Parliament; thanks him for all his hard work and advice to the Committee and its predecessors; wishes him well for a long and happy retirement; and congratulates him on his OBE in the New Year's Honours List.
