The House of Lords Select Committee on Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform

7. The Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee issued its report on the proposal for the Order on 12 November 2004.[6] The Committee considered that the proposed Order amounted to an appropriate use of the Regulatory Reform Act and that the requirements of the Act were fully met.

8. The Department states that no other representations were received on the proposal.[7]
